This Privacy Policy explains what information Dog Star AI collects through dogstarai.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Our products have their own privacy terms, which are provided separately.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our forms, we collect what you enter:
- Connect form: your name, email address, cell phone number (optional), and your question
- Demos sign-up: your name, email address, company or practice name, practice size, specialty, and the products you’re interested in
Demo sign-in. To view video demos, you’ll sign in with your email address and a one-time verification code. This confirms that the email address belongs to you. We keep a record of your email address and when you signed in.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use it only to operate and secure the Site.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your questions
- Give you access to video demos
- Stay in contact with you about product updates, news, events, and promotions
- Keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse
If you give us your cell phone number, we use it only to respond to your inquiry. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
We don’t sell or share your information
Dog Star AI does not sell, rent, or share your email address or other personal information with outside parties for their own marketing.
We do use trusted service providers, such as Microsoft Azure for hosting, data storage, sign-in, and email delivery, to run the Site on our behalf. They may process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Dog Star AI, our users, or others.
Cookies
The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in to view demos, we use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe. If you’d like us to stop contacting you or remove your email address from our list, just let us know. Every marketing email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

How long we keep information
We keep your information while we’re in contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it. We may keep a minimal record of an unsubscribe or deletion request so that we can honor it.
Security
We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.
Health information
The Site is not designed to collect protected health information (PHI) or other patient information. Please don’t submit it through our forms or by email. See our Terms of Use for details.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.

These Terms of Use govern your use of dogstarai.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply only to this website. They do not govern the use of any Dog Star AI product or service, including Shift-IQ and the CMS Negotiated Rates Browser. Our products, proofs of concept, pilot programs, and beta programs are governed by separate product terms or written agreements.
Forward-looking statements
The Site describes our vision, products in development, and future plans. These statements are aspirational. They do not promise any specific product function, feature, release date, price, or partnership, and nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment. Product functions, pricing, and partnership terms are established only in written contracts signed by Dog Star AI.
Do not share sensitive information
Never submit protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA, any other patient information, or other sensitive personal information through the Site’s forms or by email.
If your practice would like to share data with us, such as schedule data for a proof of concept, please contact us first. We will work with you to agree on a safe and secure method for sharing it. If you send any data to Dog Star AI by email, you must first remove or mask all patient information and any other sensitive personal details.
Acceptable use of our forms
The Site offers forms to send us a question and to sign up for product updates. When you use them, you agree to:
- Provide your real name and an email address that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use
- Not submit false or misleading information, or anyone else’s information without their permission
- Not send spam, advertising, or automated or repeated submissions
- Not submit malicious links, code, or other harmful content
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
We may delete any submission that breaks these rules. We reserve the right to block any person, email address, or network from the Site or its forms, at our discretion and without notice.
How we use what you submit
We use the information you submit to respond to you and to send you updates about Dog Star AI and our products. You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content on the Site, including text, graphics, and the Dog Star AI name and logo, is owned by Dog Star AI or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, or republish its content without our written permission.
No professional advice
Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, billing, coding, or financial advice.
Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dog Star AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
