Our products put governed data to work for the people who run healthcare practices, starting with two of the hardest problems groups face: building fair schedules and knowing what the market pays.

Shift-IQ Schedule Application

Fair, explainable scheduling for anesthesiology groups. In development and accepting proof-of-concept partners.

Building a schedule for a group that staffs several facilities, with multiple credentials and shift types, is one of the most demanding jobs in practice administration. Shift-IQ builds that schedule with a constraint-optimization engine and keeps a record of how every rule and preference shaped the result, so the schedule can be explained, not just delivered.

Fairness comes first. Shift-IQ first limits the worst dissatisfaction any one clinician has to bear, and only then looks for cost savings. No one is quietly left carrying the weekend call, holidays, and denied vacations.

Every decision is traceable. A Decision Ledger records how each rule and preference affected each clinician in every schedule run. Manual changes are kept as separate, timestamped records, so the original schedule and every change to it can be audited.

Clinicians can ask “why?” Each clinician sees their schedule, the status of their requests, and where they stand on fairness. A built-in assistant answers questions in plain English and shows the recorded evidence behind each answer. It explains the schedule; it never makes scheduling decisions.

Your rules, enforced. Schedules respect coverage, credentials, minimum rest, approved leave, and call rules such as no morning shift after overnight call, while weighing preferences like days off, holidays, and facility choice.

See the tradeoffs. Group leaders see how adding locum coverage changes clinician dissatisfaction, and which rules constrain the schedule most, so staffing decisions rest on data instead of intuition.

Shift-IQ is in development, and we’re looking for anesthesiology groups to partner on a proof of concept. Learn about our Pilot Programs.

CMS Negotiated Rates Browser

Market rate data for contract negotiation and benchmarking. Coming soon.

Federal price transparency rules require insurers to publish the rates they’ve negotiated with providers. The data is public, but it’s buried in files as large as 15 GB that are nearly impossible to use without an engineering team. The CMS Negotiated Rates Browser does that work for you, turning those files into rates you can search, compare, and download in minutes.

Know where you stand before you negotiate. See what a payer pays other provider groups for the same billing code in your area, so you go into contract talks with market data instead of guesswork.

Benchmark against Medicare. Every rate is shown as a percentage of the 2026 Medicare physician fee schedule, with the assumptions behind each comparison stated right on screen.

Prepare for No Surprises Act disputes. Cite published market rates as reference points when you prepare for independent dispute resolution.

Real rates, clearly counted. Figures come from actual published rates, not modeled estimates, and every figure shows how many rates it’s based on.

Take the data with you. Export results to Excel, complete with a data dictionary that explains every column.

Sized for one clinician or a whole organization. Monthly plans let an individual clinician prepare for a single negotiation without signing an annual enterprise contract. Team plans add seats for groups and larger organizations.

At launch: UnitedHealthcare fully insured in-network rates nationwide; Medicare physician fee schedule and anesthesia codes; search by state, county or ZIP, billing code, and payer; secure sign-in; public pricing data only, never patient data.

About the data: Rates are what insurers publish, and published rates can include contracts that are rarely billed. Figures are area-level summaries without claim volumes. Anesthesia comparisons to Medicare don’t include time units, because insurer files don’t report them.
